This is a known issue with the WIndows 10 Insider Preview build 18323 and is being investigated/worked on by Malwarebytes and Microsoft.  Please refer to this post for details.  There are a couple of topics in that area of the forums (including the one I linked to) where the issue is being discussed in detail and users are working with the team to investigate the issue.  If you wish you may post your logs there as well and I would recommend keeping an eye on that topic for updates from the Malwarebytes staff to find out when a fix becomes available.
