AdwCleaner Blocking Startup... or something

We've had issues on our laptop and desktop computers and I ran all the malware stuff following these instructions:
How To Remove "ERROR # 268d3x8938(3)" Pop-ups (Microsoft Scam)
Cleaned up the laptop beautifully, got rid of the popup scam and everything's working fine. I decided to go ahead and run it all on the desktop because it's been real sluggish. First ran the Malwarebytes, which caught a few and got rid of them. Ran Hitman which caught several more and got rid of them. Ran the last one suggested, AdwCleaner, to really clean it up, which actually caught a few more and cleaned it up. Did the reboot and got the blue screen Automatic Repair. I have done all of the Advanced Options and nothing has fixed it.

I went to the command prompt, found in the directory AdwCleaner is at the very top, which is the last cleaner I ran. (First pic attached)

Second attached pic is of the original screen I got. At the command prompt I typed in WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt . A txt file of the log came up and showed no errors. I couldn't get it to save or print but I got screen shots with my phone.

Other steps taken in order to fix:
    Ran all the stuff in Advanced Options that I'm comfortable doing without knowledgeable supervision.
    System Restore
    Start Up Repair
    Go Back to Previous Version (sent me to Reset this PC)
    Reset this PC message: There was a problem resettign your PC. No Changes were made.
    At Command prompt I've tried:
    bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd -- Successful
    bootrec.exe /fixmbr -- Successful
    bootrec.exe /fixboot -- Access Denied

 

I can't get the computer to open in safe mode or any other options I've tried.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Have you rebooted before running AdwCleaner, or was it the first time you rebooted after running all of the tools?

Can you share the picture of the `C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt` file?

Also, can you take a picture of the logfile `C:\AdwCleaner\Logs\AdwCleaner[Cxx].txt` (where `xx` is the highest number you have)

I first ran the Malwarebytes, then rebooted. Then ran Hitman, rebooted. Since Hitman picked up a few more I went ahead and ran AdwCleaner to do another sweep, then rebooted. When it lit back up I was at the blue screen.

Yesterday I downloaded the Farbar Recover Scan tool and I'm attaching the txt report from that.

Also attaching the screen shots I got from the SrtTrail txt files

I'm not sure how to get to those AdwCleaner log files. Do I type that in at the command prompt? Also I don't understand what the xx is.

When you run bootrec /rebuildbcd command, waht is the output? Does it find any Windows installation ( Total identified Windows installations: 1 )?
