can't delete Malware on Android

I was subscribed to Malwarebytes for 1 month, my smartphone was hit by a malware called Adware.cootek (Touchpal 2015) and PUP. riskware.autoins.VIVO (vivo browser) and I can't delete this Malware, both malware get access to all my Smartphones, please !!!

If you could send over an Apps Report, I can look further into this issue.

To send an Apps Report with Malwarebytes for Android use the following instructions.

1.Open the Malwarebytes for Android app.

2.Tap the Menu icon.

3. Tap Your apps.

4. Tap three lines icon in upper right corner.

5. Tap Send to support

Choose an email app to send Apps Report.

Your email app will open with the Apps Report included. Send the Apps Report to create a ticket.

PM me the email used and/or the ticket number assigned.

This is the kind of stuff I've been looking for. Actual help! I mean I haven't read a whole lot of it but the topic is right on. Android they want you to get rude when she go get Ruth you run into a lot of brick walls and all kind of stuff. I'm going to get back to reading
