sultanfaris Posted January 21, 2019 ID:1293699 Share Posted January 21, 2019 Hi.. i purchased a one year license on october 2018, i formatted my PC and trying to re-use my old code/id but it says i need to deactivate my malwarebytes service on another device and when i click deactivate it asks me to log in, i've never made an acconut when i used this license so i don't know what to do..i've contacted support and i haven't received an email from them in a few days, any help please? exile360 Posted January 21, 2019 ID:1293706 Share Posted January 21, 2019 Greetings, You should be able to create an account by signing up at My.Malwarebytes.com following the instructions in this support article and then you should be able to deactivate your previous installations by following the instructions found in this support article using My.Malwarebytes.com. You can learn more about managing your subscriptions using My.Malwarebytes.com in this support article.
