Looks like your system may have a serious bug! www.ad2000.org is a very old, rather static website.

I just moved it to a new (MORE secure!) shared hosting provider.

Suddenly, it is 100% blocked in your database as an "ATS" site; this propagated to uBlock Origin. I was quite surprised that it's some kind of horrible site?!!

(Yes, it uses Google Analytics... somehow I can't imagine you're blocking every site that uses GA :) :) )

If anything, I suspect your system is not properly handling IP-change situations. If so, rather than introducing a temporary *block*, I'd suggest a temporary "unknown" status, and/or assume it's reasonably to retain the existing status for a period of time.
