Let me know if that helps any or not. You have some programs crashing but no obvious reason why. We may need to run some repairs and see if that helps. The logs don't seem to indicate an infection. Check in your Device Manager for what brand of drive you have and then get the correct test program based on that research. You can search online for the drive numbers to see which manufacturer it is. It may not because it's only for Western Digital drives, but since they bought HST hopefully it might. https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=3&lang=en Windows version of the Data LifeGuard Diagnostics. It will test WD internal and external drives. In additional, it can provide you with the model and serial of WD drives attached to the system.
