Malwarebytes service will not start

I am having similar problems. I used the MB clean tool and reinstalled the 3.6.1. I finally got WMI to start but the Windows Management Instrumentation 
service refuses to start..... I have used "Tweaking.com Windows Repair" to in safe mode to repair all the things that it does. Still MB will not start. error 1083. Can anyone help me.?

Also RPC is started but winmgmt still won't start. I also found "RestoreWindowsManagementInstrumentationWindows7.bat"

Also the WMIsvc.dll is in the proper folder %WinDir%\system32\wbem

I FIXED IT

Did the following. Found this fix on Microsoft page.

a. Click Start -> Type CMD -> Right click on CMD from the result -> Click Run as Administrator

b. Run the following command one at a time and press enter to execute

• cd /d %windir%\system32\wbem

• for %i in (*.dll) do regsvr32 -s %i

• for %i in (*.exe) do %i /regserver

c. Close all windows and reboot the computer and now try opening the system information
