My Account stolen hackers!

A friend told me that someone had posted a lot of personal user data, and I decided to download this torrent file. There I found the hacked sites where I registered, and there my passwords! Help to remove my passwords from the internet please!

Here is a forum of Russian hackers  https://xss.is/threads/27223 , where is the information that they hacked 100 billion people!!!!

Please, help!

You can't !  Once data is out there, there is little or no control over it.

You can however enter your email address(es) in the following site and it will check to see if that email address was part of a known breach.

Since there are only 6 ~ 7  ~7.7 Billion Humans on planet Earth, and a percentage do not even use the Internet or any Internet connected devices, that's an exaggeration to say the least.
