InstallShield Virus keeps on coming back

Well I do not speak English very well but I can confirm that I have exactly the same problem and also and I do certain tests cone that this virus or bad widonws process is activated once you activate the internet connection and besides me in my case this virus or I do not know what it is consumes 4 segments of my processor my processor is (ryzen 1600) and it puts 100 percent of the "core" 0 1 2 and 3 and it's really annoying because neither pc is to play video games I can confirm that just like my friend from the UK, when I enter the forum, my pc is paralyzed and all its problems happen to me. so I hope help profavor: 'c
