Need Help to Remove KMS-R@in from Windows 10 x64 System

Recommended Posts

Hello there,
I used a non-authorized version of Windows 10 for a while and have since then upgraded to a official licence. KMS-R@in obviously remained and I do not know how to remove it manually. Can you help me?

In addition: Can you tell me what exactly you are doing to fix this? I would like to understand the steps. If this is not possible for you, that is fine, too.

Thank you!

Hello, Welcome to Malwarebytes.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

ACHTUNG: Systemwiederherstellung ist deaktiviert
ATTENTION: System Restore is disabled
Turn System Restore ON for Drives in Windows 10 - Immediately.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Let me know of any other issues with this computer.
