Win32:BogEnt [Susp] - not sure if that is a false alarm

Good day!
Yesterday, while I was downloading a game from Steam my AVG has quarantined (Win32:BogEnt [Susp]) from L:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\236850\pdx_browser\32\libcef.dll. I do not know if it is false positive. 
I kindly ask for checking my logs and appraise the situation.

Please go to  http://www.virustotal.com click on Scan, and upload the following file for analysis:

L:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\236850\pdx_browser\32\libcef.dll

Then click Choose File Tab.  Allow the file to be scanned, and then please copy and paste the link to the results page here for me to see.

I would think that with only 3 detecting the file, I would lean towards a False Positive.
