There are many topics referring to this hard freeze issue. Put "freezing" as a search term and you can look through most of them. Last I heard was that Tech Support was working on it. I have not experienced the issue for 2 or three days now. Due to the random behavior of this freezing issue I do not consider myself out of the woods .
