Where can I get a ticket for support ?

I may need a ticket and staff support to resolve this for me.  

I downloaded MWB application for 90 days use gratis as a holiday trial for MWB to be on my cell phone and probably start a subscription after that period..  That was a few weeks ago, and I am getting notices from MWB  that I have a few days remaining !  How can I change this for the 90 days trial for my phone ?   Do I need a ticket to interface with staff support to straighten this out ?  Can  I get directions for how/ where  to request this ?  Much appreciated.

Yes - for licensing issues, a support ticket is the only way to a solution.  Please use the following information to start that process.  Thank you.

  • Renewals
  • Refunds (including double billing)
  • Cancellations
  • Update Billing Info
  • Multiple Transactions
  • Consumer Purchases
  • Transaction Receipt
