Calin Posted December 21, 2018 ID:1288489 Share Posted December 21, 2018 Hi Bob I have the same situation as wim_ruiterkamp and tried to instal the latest version of of Anti-Ramsomeware as you recommended ( arw-setup-consumer-0.9.18.807-1.1.193 ) but i recieve the same error - Setup was unable to create the directory C:ProgramData/Malwarebytes/MB3Service I have Windows 7 x64 bits Pls advice Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I noticed you're using a very old version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. If it's a licensed version, the same Anti-Ransomware protection which is in the standalone Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware Beta, is in the latest versions of Malwarebytes for Windows.
