A cursory analysis of the attached mb-check-results archive shows that the present installation of the Malwarebytes 3 (MB3) installation may have been corrupted.  I recommend a clean re-install of MB3 be performed:

When completed, please reply to this topic and let us know the status of MB3's clean re-install.
