(Trojan.Vundo.H) please help!

hi there!

in the past few days, i keep on scanning my PC and i keep getting the same tojan which is Trojan.Vundo.H.. though the malwarebytes says that the trojan will be deleted upon reboot, but its not! it keeps coming back. please help me in this
