Leswick Posted December 18, 2018 ID:1287891 Share Posted December 18, 2018 I keep getting this dialog upon startup. It looks really sketchy especially with the capital "Now". Clicking on OK or Cancel seems to have no effect and does not restart the computer....I have antivirus software (F-Secure) but it didn't report anything. Any advice? Click Yes to consent. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!" Click the Advanced tab Click the Gather Logs button A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer Upon completion, a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Leswick Posted December 18, 2018 Author ID:1287907 Share Posted December 18, 2018 I followed your advice except instead of downloading the driver from Realtek I got it from the MSI site because I have an MSI laptop. The install seems to have worked but if the error comes back I will get a version from Realtek then report back here.
