Impossible to Reach Support?

Does anyone else have problems hearing back from support, specifically the Techbench staff? It's been 6 weeks since I made my order and nobody seems to have been answering me anywhere.

@msherwood can you assist please?

I pinged Michael Sherwood.  He's one of the leads on Techbench and should be able to assist or at least get the right people to take a look and assist you.

Thanks for the quick call. Figured out it was routed incorrectly due to the company's splitting. So we never got a notice that you need something. :(
