I am very frustrated.

Hello, I am Alicia. I have a nice built PC and I have malwarbytes. I used up the free trial due to having some ost issues,  after a few weeks of being virus free, my computer started to open new tabs with weird text on it. I would quickly exit out, and then move on. I thought to myself “I should upgrade to premium so I’m well protected” well, when I tried to upgrade to premium, I got a “IP ADDRESS NOT FOUND” page, and I ran troubleshoot, and it said it’s a problem with my DNS. Me being a girl and externally stupid, I asked my friend and he helped me with team viewer. I had key loggers when I ran a scan, so we safely removed them and changed passwords. Now I am having the same issue where I can’t access any malware/antivirus webpages, and I also can’t access the Microsoft homepage. I’m assuming I have a nasty bug. My browser keeps on switching to bing which is also very annoying, and bing is no where in my settings. Today I removed some “DNS CHANGERS” after a scan. Me and my friend when he wa son team viewer went into the commands and tried changing my dns back to normal, and that didn’t fix it. We also went into the services to look for dns client, but it won’t let me edit any of the settings. Today I wasn’t using my computer, and I got rid of the virus, but after I restarted my computer it won’t let me into the internet. I’ve tried safe mode, and still no luck. I’m a broke college student who currently has $7 so I can’t afford to take it into Best Buy for a look. Can someone please help me? I’m ready to just throw it out and cry I’m so frustrated.

Download the version of this tool for your operating system.
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (64 bit)
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (32 bit)
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file to your reply:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Click the "more reply Options" button.

Attach the file.
Select the "Choose a File" navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file you wish to Attach.
Click Attach this file.
Click the Add reply button.
