Context menu scan not launching MB scan

As Malwarebytes Cloud Endpoint Protection does not automatically scan USB drives, I right click and select "Scan with Malwarebytes" from the context menu.

Usually it works, but it is not launching the application.

Hello Mark

That we would not expect to scan automatically when plugged in. But yes when we right click and scan with Malwarebytes it should pop up a scan.

To ensure everything is installed properly if we can do a clean and reinstall and see if the issue persists? We can use the following instructions to clean and then reinstall from your cloud console.

Log into your Cloud console and in Policy - edit. Make sure your right click context menu is ticked or enabled if its not enabled you must check it, then apply or save. that should do the trick.
