ANSWERED False Positive

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I work for a company that produces software.  One of our files has been flagged by MWB as Trojan, which it is not.  It has not been flagged in the past.  What is the process for having the file reviewed and white listed?  I'll attach the file here for review but please let me know if you need a link to the file as it lives on our CDN.  Regards, Jeff Moss.

Yes, I posted it in that forum and then the admin moved it back to this forum.  Can someone please tell me how to get the file scanned and white-listed?
