Malware and/or possible keylogger on PC. Need help cleaning PC.

I recently have had my PC compromised by some sort of malware. I completely used Kaspersky AV software to remove most of it but I was still having accounts of mine compromised, so I reset my computer to factory settings and installed Malwarebytes. I've reset literally every password to every account I have (email, banks, paypal, Amazon, etc.) I've tried scanning multiple times with MWB, Norton Power Eraser, and Kaspersky and they find nothing. I think they may have installed a keylogger on my PC in which none of these programs can detect because even after all that, I thought my PC was safe and logged into Amazon. The next day my Amazon account was frozen because of a fraudulent charge.

Attached are the scans in order in which they were scanned. MWB3 -> ADW -> Restart -> FRSTMWB 3.txt

I'm not seeing much but while Malwarebytes (MBAM) works well with Defender, Kaspersky can cause issues.

Never install more than one Antivirus and Firewall! Rather than giving you extra protection, it will decrease the reliability of it seriously!
The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, your system may lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time.
Also because more than one Antivirus and Firewall installed are not compatible with each other, it can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown.

AV: Windows Defender
AV: Malwarebytes
AV: Kaspersky Anti-Virus

I have attached A file I need you to download and save it to the same place that you saved the FRST program

Download attached **fixlist.txt** and save it to same location where the FRST tool is located.

NOTE: Both FRST.exe and the fixlist.txt must be in the same location or the fix will not work.
Close all browsers before running.

Double click FRST to run the tool. If the tool warns you the version is outdated, please download and run the updated version.
 •Click the **Fix Button**.

•If you receive a message that a reboot is required, please make sure you allow it to restart normally.

•The tool will complete its run after restart.

When finished, the tool will make a log (Fixlog.txt) in the same location from where it was run. Please attach the Fixlog.txt in your reply.

Restart the pc and let me know how it's running now.

Thank you for the advice. Since I paid for Kaspersky already, I'll probably just uninstall MWB.

I don't know if this is related. But after my PC was infected and I 'cleaned' it with the software I downloaded, I noticed that this window pops up everytime I start my computer and it never did this before.

I did the fix like you asked and here is the fixlog as well. The pop up still popped up after I did the fix.
