Runtime error Acces violation during unistall

Recommended Posts

Full history: I removed the program from autoplay because I only use the free version and for manual scans once in a while. Now I wanted to do one of these scans but trying to launch the program I'd get an

Unable to start

Unable to connect to the Service

error. So I wanted to try and reinstall it, it gives me another error:

Runtime Error (at 407:201):

Acces violation at address 5DD5C542 in module 'suhlpr.dll'.
Read of address 00000000

I tired just installing the new version on top and got the same error, except with 5D7BC542 instead of 5DD5C542 , this value changed often duting other attempts, but the last 4 digits were always the same, I tried SFC/scannow but to no avail.

From other threads I noticed how someone got asked to attach mb check and FRST results to the discussion, so I'm doing it now.

Wating on any idea on how to solve this

Here it is, however after letting the program collect the logs I tried uninstalling and had no issues with it, so I don't think they will show anything abnormal. I the original post I included the logs of MB check and FRST made before I did the reinstall. I'd be happy if you look more into this, but I don't really think looking only into the logs I'm sending now will show anything, ans I have no issue now, I had issue trying to uninstall BEFORE just letting the installer remove the previous version(and even then during the uninstallation I got the error as per original post) so the anomalies (if any) should be in the files I attached to the first post here.

Thanks for the quick response and availability!
