Well , i have MB Premium. I try to login with my username and password and it says it's incorrect. Now , i have spent a lot of time trying to get answers and can't get nothing from you. I cannot turn on my Malware protection and i am pretty ticked off. Where is my " SUPPORT " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have to login anonymously just to get in here. What the hell is going on with my " PREMIUM SUPPORT " ? I have version 3.61 and it is the current version 11/24/2018. I somehow got in at 1 point to download your TOOL , entered in my subscription numbers and everything else required and i cannot get an answer from you. Sorry to be so angry , BUT I AM VERY ANGRY. If i cannot get help i want a full refund on your program " that has done an excellent job ". This is my last chance for an answer. My user name is correct and I have a new password and i still cannot get in. i used the tool got the mb-support- etc., etc... Why can't you help me.  Don Barajas

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab

  7. Click the Gather Logs button
  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK

  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:
