Networking and Performance Issues

Hello, for a while I've been having performance issues on my Windows 10 PC 64 bit. The main problems include my PC not recognizing my wireless network adapter and slow performance. I've attached the Malwarebytes report and Farbar scan report

Remove these programs in bold via the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Everything seems to be working smoothly now. I fixed the adapter issue the other day by disabling and re-enabling it inside the Device Manager. i really appreciate the help. But i also attached the fixlist log just in case there's anything you want to look at.
