Different WeKnow removal problem

  I followed all the steps to remove this. However, in my case, I cannot even type in a homepage name in Safari Preferences: that block and the one below to "Choose current page" are both greyed out and unable to accept any input. I found no Profiles on my computer, which is a home use machine. I still need a fix for this. Thanks!

PS - I just found a WeKnow cache/cookie when I went thru the Safari Privacy report - I have now deleted it twice, but it is still reappearing.
