Okay, please do the following so we can get some logs of what's going on with the computer.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:
NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab

Is this a home computer or a business computer?

This shows as having been installed on 6/21/2018 and is a business version of Windows.

Platform: Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1803 17134.407 (X64) Language: French (France)

As a business computer one should not be trying to fix it on their own. You should be contacting your internal IT Support to let them work on the system.

We noted on another help forum earlier this year that there was sudden incidence of users who seemed to have Windows Enterprise for some reason.
https://forum.piriform.com/topic/52486-wrong-windows-10/?tab=comments#comment-299048

We never got to the bottom of it, but believe that it was some kind of glitch with Windows wrongly reporting 'Pro' as being 'Enterprise'.

(Other possibilities were the 'gig' economy providing their workers with 'Enterprise' laptops, or maybe hacked licences).

It seemed to be only with 1803, and we've not noticed it again over there for a couple of months.
(Which again would seem to point to a MS error that has now been corrected).

If you really want to speed up the computer and reduce the risk of infection I would highly recommend uninstalling

µTorrent

I'm reviewing your logs now, but after seeing this entry I would actually recommend backing up your data to an external drive. Then format your hard drive and reinstall Windows from scratch.

Tweaking.com - Windows Repair

Once you've run or are running Tweaking.com - Windows Repair it is a last ditch effort to keep Windows running. Since you've used it and you've been here before I can tell your computer is really messed up or you wouldn't have used it.

Up to you, we can try to clean a few things but I seriously doubt we'll be able to fix your computer back to a fast system.

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system.

Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or post it to your next reply.

Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version.

fixlist.txt

Thanks, Ron

How is the computer running now? Any better?

Create an Autoruns Log:

  • Please download Sysinternals Autoruns from here.
  • Save Autoruns.exe to your desktop and double-click it to run it.
  • Once it starts, please press the Esc key on your keyboard.
  • Now that scanning is stopped, click on the Options button at the top of the program and select Verify Code Signatures
  • Once that's done press the F5 key on your keyboard, this will start the scan again, this time let it finish.
  • When it's finished, please click on the File button at the top of the program and select Save and save the Autoruns.arn file to your desktop and close Autoruns.
  • Right click on the Autoruns.arn file on your desktop and hover your mouse over Send To and select Compressed (zipped) Folder
  • Attach the Autoruns.zip folder you just created to your next reply

Please run the following fix. It will run the System File Checker as well as the DISM repair. Both programs will look for invalid files and settings and attempt to correct them. This process may take up to 30 minutes or more to complete, please do let it complete and post back the log when done.

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Please run the following tests

Pay attention to the links. There is a free version. You don't need to pay.

MemTest86 V7.5 Free Edition Download
https://www.memtest86.com/

Then test your hard drive. Look in your Device Manager under Disk drives to confirm which manufacturer hard drive you have and get one from your drive MFG to test the drive. Seagate and Western Digital are the two most common.

14 Free Hard Drive Testing Programs
https://www.lifewire.com/free-hard-drive-testing-programs-2626183

Then run DXDiagnostics to test your video card.
https://www.howtogeek.com/258485/how-to-use-the-directx-diagnostic-in-windows/

Post back the results of those tests please.

I'm sorry. As I said near the top of my reply.

Tweaking.com - Windows Repair

My suggestion is still. FDISK, removing all partitions, after backing up your personal data, then reinstalling Windows from scratch.
