This IP is on a range owned by Greatnet New Media, who are known for everything from phishing to rogues to exploits, which is why it is blocked. This is not a false positive.

Thanks for YOUR answer MysteryFCM ....

So because there has been report of malicious activities on some addresses YOU are BLOCKING access to the FULL range ....

Out of interest, do YOU have a Rules stating which percentage of reported malicious addresses will trigger the Blockade of the range ?

and what is the Percentage for "Greatnet New Media" ?

As far YOUR customers are concerned ....

For the time being ... they are turning OFF YOUR proggy when they visit OUR CLEAN site ...

Some even reported they have to reboot ....

Do YOU have OTHER solutions to suggest ?

Thanks in advance ...

For starters, whilst I appreciate it may be frustrating, using an attitude isn't going to help.

Secondly, you've not actually mentioned a domain name that is affected by this?

As far as Greatnet New Media, over 70% of the websites identified within their range, are malicous. For example;

http://msmvps.com/blogs/spywaresucks/archi...06/1721130.aspx

There's also over 60 currently in hpHosts within their range, with more waiting to be added;

http://hosts-file.net/?s=83.133.&direct=1

As far as what will trigger a range being blocked, there's no set rule, no. However, if there is deemed to be either more bad sites across than good, it will be blocked, the same goes if the ranges owner fails to respond to abuse reports.

Given your forum requires registration to view most of it, I've got it scheduled for review, but given the warez and pornography sections, I'd be very surprised if there wasn't any.

Because your forum offers warez/serials etc, we won't be helping further with this.
