I will test, as the site keeps me logged in it's hard to say. Although just looking at the login page it's safe to say that it is, since the login page is not on the cpanel.hostinger.co.uk domain, instead it's on: https://www.hostinger.co.uk/cpanel-login?r=index/index

How often does Malwarebytes warn if you continue anyway? Every 5, 10 or 15 minutes? It wasn't a one off, I've had the suspicious warning three times now.

Yeah, only when I log in.

Why do I have the text "Get Malwarebytes Premium for comprehensive protection", when I have Premium and the extension?

Can you open the Chrome developer console (Settings -> More Tools -> Developer Tools) before you login. Then login. Once the suspicious activity warning happens, go back to the console and take a screenshot.

As for why you get that message about "Get Malwarebytes premium", the extension isn't able to query if you have Malwarebytes installed or not so we have that message.
