Why does dmca@malwarebytes.org not respond to my email?

I purchased several Ebay lifetime Malwaresbyte licenses from an establihed seller with almost 100% positive rating. I then discovered after purchasing that some MBAM licenses are not genuine, according to different forums!

I would NEVER use illegal software on my computer as I am honest. To establish validity, I sent an email to dmca@malwarebytes.org - That was on 29/10/2018. Sadly there has been no response, which I find disappointing! 

Is there anyone there or senior personnel who can ask them to reply to my email (see screenshot). If so it would be much appreciated.

Hi there:) I took your advice I went to MBAM chat support. It would appear that these licenses are not ok as the representative said: 

"With these three License not matching at all, three different peoples name are on them from 2 different countries. This is why Licenses from Ebay will not work. the email you sent, will be answered in the order the email is received, it may take a couple days for them to reply to it" For sure I won't use or attempt to use these codes!
