Modded "Skyrim Special Edition" game hangs and crashes with Self Protection

I have been playing a modded version of Skyrim and using a program called mod organizer 2, this installs mods inside a separate data folder. When launching the game it loads the mods and file replacements.

The issue I've been having is with Malwarebytes activated the game will hang for a few second at random, and eventually outright crash by freezing with the audio still playing. For each hang there is an event viewer entry like this:

When the game crashes event viewer shows a "LiveKernelEvent" I think this may be windows resetting my GPU driver? Malwarebytes, drivers and windows are all updated.

I have played the game for an hour with Malwarebytes service off and haven't had an issue yet, with it on the game would crash within 10 minutes. I tried to add all executables and folders from the game and mods to the exclusion list but this didn't help.

Is there any fix to this, is this even a Malwarebytes problem or am I completely wrong?

Attached is my log from the Malwarebytes support tool, I would be glad to troubleshoot further or provide more logs.

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

Ok, let's try this please:

  1. Download and extract Procdump.zip
  2. Right click on 4 - mbamservice_crash.bat and choose Run as Administrator
  3. The black window should eventually go away on it's own
  4. Once it does, please zip up the new .dmp file
  5. Upload the zip file to wetransfer.com and generate a download link
  6. Reply with the download link

How long is it supposed to take?

I ran the game, it crashed, event viewer showed the same event, the procdump console is still open and just keeps printing:
