Greetings,

This is a current known issue with version 3.6.1 of Malwarebytes and should be fixed in the next release.  For the time being, you may continue to use version 3.6.1 if you don't mind the errors showing up in Event Viewer as it isn't actually doing anything harmful to your Malwarebytes installation or system/OS etc.; it's really more of an annoyance than anything else.  You can find out more in the ongoing thread about this particular issue (the crash/error during shutdown) located here.

Obviously you may remain on version 3.5.1 if you would prefer, though do bear in mind that error aside, 3.6.1 is actually a better build, especially with regards to protection/detection as it did include several changes/new features/improvements, some of which do impact its protection/detection capabilities as well as threat removal for some new threats (as most releases do); more details on the changes here as well as the Malwarebytes release history page located here.

You may want to try out the new beta to see if it resolves your issue...

Go to Settings -> Application Tab then scroll down to the bottom and turn on Beta Application Updates. Scroll back up to the top and click on Install Application Updates to get the new beta

The new Component Package Beta (1.0.482) seems to have resolved this issue for me on Windows Home Premium SP1 64x. Have rebooted a few times without the error showing in Reliability Monitor.
