Hello and Welcome!

I would first start by installing the current version as you are on an older version (3.5.1)  Lets start there and see if that corrects your issues.

Download the Latest MB3 v3.6.1.2711 CU 1.0.463 from ->>RIGHT HERE<<-

but i've hear and see that this version has problems, are those problems solved?

Avast has a Web Protection feature as well, which may be causing the issue here. Depending on what website you're trying to go, if Avast is also blocking the page, it could be preventing the page before Malwarebytes does, and therefore not showing the page.

As mentioned above, going to 3.6.1 is the first step in troubleshooting this. I don't know what specific issues you're referring to, but for the large majority of our users, 3.6.1 is working great and without issue.

Sometimes mbam blocks some add in a web and show me the notification and sometimes it doesn't but if i try to go to the test ip web from mbam sometimes it doen's show me the notification and sometimes the pup up notification is named with the previous add blocked, that's weird too.

I may be able to explain this.  I've seen similar issues on my own systems and I believe it is caused by DNS caching.  Basically, after a site has been blocked, Windows caches the route to that connection/domain so that instead of actually attempting to reach the site, it automatically navigates to the null/block endpoint where Malwarebytes deflected it to, and since the connection isn't actually attempted at that point to the actual blocked site, Malwarebytes doesn't display a notification.

This is also why sometimes, after excluding a website you may still be unable to reach it until you clear out your DNS cache.

And what should i do? Is there any way to solve this?

You could try clearing your cache and temp files with something like CCleaner, but it will just return again the next time.  It's really not an issue as long as your system isn't able to connect to the sites in Malwarebytes' block list.  Either way you're protected from them because your computer can't connect to them.
