Unable to connect to service

That's not quite the full report that gets generated (it should create a zip file for you), but the log posted does actually show the error. It looks like someone disabled Malwarebytes in your msconfig. Please launch msconfig and re-enable the Malwarebytes Service.

Can you clarify what you mean by "it will not reenable"? What happens when you tick the box and then click apply? You will probably need to reboot after doing so.
