more is blow :

sometime MALWAREBYTES will startup itself on the startup area  / load it’s services which show in task manager and sometime MALWAREBYTES won’t even to be load itself on the startup area and non of it’s processes are running

Greetings,

Do you have Fast Startup enabled?  The reason I ask is because this feature (available in Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10) is known to cause issues with some software, including Malwarebytes, which may result in undesirable behavior including failing to launch on startup like it is supposed to.

You can check by following the instructions found on this page.

Disable Fast Startup and then reboot and see if Malwarebytes starts up normally (it should).

The issue is due to the way that Fast Startup works.  It unfortunately keeps a lot of things still loaded into memory like the registry hives and some drivers which means that many of the startup routines that would normally occur during a normal boot don't happen when Fast Startup is enabled, and this includes some of the routines that would trigger Malwarebytes to start so the end result is that you start your computer and Malwarebytes isn't running.  This issue affects many different programs that run at startup, not just Malwarebytes, and I would highly recommend keeping Fast Startup disabled for this reason because it can quite frankly be rather unstable.

Here are a couple more links on the subject that provide additional information:

Basically, it's a Windows bug, or to be more accurate, it's the unfortunate result of the poor implementation that was used in creating the Fast Startup feature.  While the idea seems nice, the reality is that it's not a very stable way of speeding up boot times and is prone to causing issues with third party software, services and drivers.

OK , so this is the second windows formats on this new device almost form 2 day ago and I have forget to disable the fast startup this time !  in meantime  , I have to ask you something .

the question is : if the fast startup is disable by the user ,then this will have something to do with windows performance ? (a new user of window 10 right here :))

EDIT : going to reboot the device right now after I disable the fast startup "

You can find out more about Fast Startup on this page including how to disable it.  The issue isn't just that there's a problem with self-protection in Malwarebytes or that the tray may load slower; the problem is that the tray and other components (services, drivers and other startup items) may not start at all or may crash, and that's not only for Malwarebytes, but for pretty much any software installed on your system that runs on boot.  This is because of the way that Fast Startup works by keeping some components in memory while relying on others to start themselves after shutting them down, however many programs (including Malwarebytes) rely on a normal boot order to initiate things and get their processes launched, so if a service is kept in memory but the drivers are not, the service doesn't go through its normal startup process, part of which is to call the drivers to start them, so you end up with no tray because the service didn't go through its normal startup routine of installing/starting the drivers and launching the tray.

You can find out more about how it works, what it does and the pros and cons of Fast Startup at the following links:
