Did you mean the issue will be solved in the next BIG update (3.6.2)? Or will it be handled in a intermediate update (mb3-setup-consumer-3.6.1.27xx)?

Thanks for the follow up, and sorry I forgot to reply earlier this week. This should be fixed in our latest release. You can download it from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over the top of your existing installation

I installed the update but it did NOT help. The service is still stating and stopping

Sorry, I was looking at the wrong issue resolution. This will be solved in our next major release (3.7) when it comes available. My apologies
