CyanideGirl Posted September 11, 2018 ID:1268950 Share Posted September 11, 2018 I've been having issues for a while with the display settings of the Malwarebytes app on my laptop. When I open the app, it opens zoomed in on part of the main page, and I'm unable to reach any of the corners or do much of anything in the app. I can't even make it to the scan button because it's zoomed in so much that "run scan" is offscreen. I've managed to work around the issue by setting my laptop's display settings to 150% when I use the app, and then putting it back to 250% (which is the best setting for the laptop) when I'm done. exile360 Posted September 11, 2018 ID:1268984 Share Posted September 11, 2018 Greetings, To start, please make sure that you have the latest build of Malwarebytes installed as I do recall some display sizing issues being corrected in one of the recent patches so this might have been fixed already. To do so, open Malwarebytes and navigate to Settings>Application and click on the Install Application Updates button and allow it to download and install any available updates. Once that is done, verify that Malwarebytes shows the following under Settings>About for the two version numbers shown below: Once that is done, toggle your display settings back to 250 to see if the issue is now resolved.
