I see that you have Kaspersky Total Security installed.  There are some known issues with Kaspersky and that may be what is causing your issue.  Please refer to the information in this knowledgebase article to see if that resolves it.  From looking at your logs it does seem that something is blocking the Web Protection driver from installing so that would make sense based on what is known about the conflict so please see if disabling the Kaspersky component referred to in the article I linked to works to correct the problem and please let us know how it goes.
