Your logs revealed a couple of issues with your configuration and installation, but hopefully we'll be able to get them resolved and that will eliminate the performance issue you're experiencing.

First, User Account Control is currently disabled, please reset it back to default:

UAC Settings

EnableLUA:            On
Consent Prompt Behavior Admin:    Off[/code]

To do so, please follow the instructions found here and set UAC to the second option from the top (you may set it all the way to the top if you choose for additional security, however this is not required).  Once that is done, restart your system and proceed with the next step.

Next, it appears that some items are missing from the registry for your Malwarebytes installation.  This could be the reason for the trouble and if UAC was disabled at the time when you installed your current version of Malwarebytes then that might explain why the entries are missing.  To correct this, please download and install the latest version of Malwarebytes from here.  Just install it over the top of your existing version and then restart your system to ensure that the new components are loaded into memory.  Once that is complete, launch Malwarebytes and go to Settings>About and verify that your version information matches what is sown below:

If it doesn't match those two numbers then go to the Application sub-tab and click on the Install Application Updates button and allow it to download and install any available updates then restart your system once it completes.

Once all of that is done go ahead and test to see if the issue is resolved and let us know how it goes.
