Malware/Adware that is undetected by Malwarebytes

Good evening, I just built a new computer and it seems that it has been infected with adware. A new tab is opened in chrome every 45-60 minutes with unwanted ads. I was also infected with a more malicious malware from the same source that would close chrome whenever a search for Malwarebytes or other Malware removal tools were searched. However I circumvented this issue with Malwarebytes loaded on a USB drive. As a side note, the PC has an M.2 SSD and 2 1TB HDDs installed if that makes a difference.

Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner seemed to have taken care of the malicious malware, however it does not detect the adware that seems to open a new tab in chrome with ads every 45-60 minutes. I have also tried Roguekiller and CCleaner, but none of them seem to have worked.

Browsing the forums I have a general idea of what is needed to help me and have attached the files below. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Your copy of Chrome may have been compromised

Remove Chrome from your Computer and reinstall a fresh copy later.

Before you remove Chrome Export your Bookmarks
Chrome will export your bookmarks as a HTML file, which you can then import into another browser.

If you sync you account you must remove it before you save your bookmarks etc...
