Making sure users' protection is updated

Hey, Merualbert welcome to Malwarebytes Cloud and our Forums!

 

Currently, I recommend going to your manage endpoints tab, select any endpoints in question and under the Actions drop-down, select "Protection Update"

We can then confirm this was successful on the endpoints in the "Tasks" area or if it possibly failed for some reason.

 

Our development team is working on further reporting in the console to give more clarity and ease of management for updates in the near future.

If you are looking for something, in particular, let us know and we can provide that feedback to our dev team as a feature request!
