"Your it administrator has limited access"

I tried to open Windows Defender, and it showed this message: "Your it administrator has limited access..." or something like that, I can't get the message to appear again.

I currently have McAfee and Malwarebytes installed. Is McAfee/Malwarebytes causing this message to display because they disable windows defender?

Yes, if McAfee is enabled then your Windows Defender will be disabled automatically.

Malwarebytes will work well with Windows Defender.
