Website Blocked due to Riskware - Outbound

It's affecting both IE and Chrome Browsers, and an adobe file now. 

My bad, came through an eMail with an Office 365 doc file attachment that I tried to open. I'm hosed! 

Appreciate any help, pls see files attached.

FYI, Reference Ticket # 2400190 that I created in the MB3 support tool.

I get this error "exploit code executing from heap memory blocked" in MW3 when I open a pdf file, then closes the file. This after a day of removing trojans and other fixes. 

Chrome is also launching 2 tabs automatically.
