So I installed Malwarebytes on my partner's Mac a few weeks ago. I learned that she uninstalled the program the incorrect way by dragging the application to the trash, instead of using the included uninstaller.

Since then, the "M" logo still appears in the menu bar at the top, and I can't get rid of it. I have since then re-installed Malwarebytes again, and correctly uninstalled it using the proper method with the hopes that the M would disappear from the menu bar, but it hasn't.

Even when I reinstalled it, I clicked on the menu bar icon to go into settings, and it states "There is no application set to open the URL malwarebytes://settings", and choosing an application on the computer to open it doesn't work since Malwarebytes doesn't appear, (the highlighted apps are greyed out)

I'm not sure what else I can do, since it's rather annoying that it's so difficult to get rid of.
