I don't even know if I am posting this in the right place.

 I'm writing to you from my phone. I turned on my computer my sign on for Microsoft came up, I signed in and it took me to a blank screen. Control/Alt/Delete brought up task manager but that's all I have. I can't afford to take it in. I'm no guru.

  My computer is a HP EliteBook core i7 vPro Windows 10 Pro. I don't know what else to tell you

It does happen, often after Windows 10 has automatically updated itself.
