Blank computer screen

Recommended Posts

I'm writing to you from my phone. I turned on my computer my sign on for Microsoft came up, I signed in and it took me to a blank screen. Control/Alt/Delete brought up task manager but that's all I have. I can't afford to take it in. I'm no guru.

My computer is a HP EliteBook core i7 vPro Windows 10 Pro. I don't know what else to tell you

Hello K1mMar1e and welcome to Malwarebytes,

Open Taskmanager as you described, select > File > Run new task > that will open a new window > in the text box type explorer.exe Under that box also checkmark the box to allow "Open this task with administrative priveleges" > then select ok...

What happens..?

Thank you,

Kevin
