Six days, sixty plus views, three moderators contacted over the last few days to unsure that it doesn't slip through the net, and no replies at all.  If there isn't a fix, I can re-install from scratch and can get on with it, but if it is that nobody has had time to deal with it, the outcome could be quite different - it would be useful to at least have some idea.  

As you might imagine, whining in a post like this is really the last resort.
