Why Malwarebytes has blocked "grupomissael.com" and suggested not to continue to this website. How did it know that?

Yes, but which other websites, for instance, like that website, might Malware-bytes block  as Malware?

Was website in prior saved in the database of Malware-bytes, so it was detected as malware and blocked.

I said that for Malwarebytes staff... as seem than Virustotal (than analize the files and websites with several antivirus engines) say only 1 of 62 find something bad (Emisoft say it is phishing) then mostly it is a false positive
