Leivan Posted July 19, 2018 ID:1257589 Share Posted July 19, 2018 Hello, This afternoon, I updated Malwarebytes on my Kindle Fire 7" (2012) to the newest version. I only had the free version on my Fire, but it gave me a 14-day free trial of the paid version when I updated. I have MBAM Premium on my PC and laptop, and wanted to activate my Fire as my third device. However, when I enter my license key on my Fire, it's not accepted. Is there something I'm missing? Staff Vabadus Posted July 20, 2018 Staff ID:1257692 Share Posted July 20, 2018 @Leivan It might be because of your key purchased on some time ago and client might not support that format. I would kindly ask you to contact our support so they can find the root cause of problem. Sorry for inconvenience and thanks for staying with us.
