Adware returns after removal...

Recommended Posts

I downloaded something I shouldn't have and now it has installed what I think is adware, random tabs open up on google weather its
open or not and they lead to the same two websites. I've installed AdwCleaner to remove the 51 threats, all 50 where removed
but one that keeps coming back  its name is "MSN Homepage & Bing Search Engine" I keep scanning and every time it picks up
on it but never removes it. I really wanna know why AdwCleaner doesn't get rid of the 1 last threat on my computer?

The first link contains instructions on how to run some tools and scans that will help the malware removal specialist figure out what the infections are on your system and what needs to be done to remove them.  You'll post those logs as well as your description of the situation (the "MSN Homepage & Bing Search Engine" keeps being detected by ADWCleaner but it fails to remove it etc.) and this way the helper can dive right in and provide you with instructions on what to do next to get your computer cleaned up.
